Information Services Coordinator
The Gershman Y, a dynamic regional center for arts and culture located in Center City Philadelphia that is informed by Jewish values and committed to appealing to diverse audiences, seeks an energetic, creative, and collaborative Information Services Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for the Gershman Y, including specific responsibilities for overall systems management and integration, information analysis and generation of reports, ticket sales and gifts processing, support for solicitation campaigns, and customer assistance in the areas of facility usage and ticket purchases. This position requires extensive knowledge of data management software, preferably Patron Manager/Salesforce, or a comparable donor/gifts/ticketing management system.
Qualified candidates will have at least an Associate Degree and two years of related experience. They must possess excellent computer skills, a commitment to accuracy, strong communications skills, an ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines, and have a strong track record of superior organizational skills and customer service. Experience in a non-profit environment and an interest in Jewish arts and culture is a plus.
This position is full-time with benefits and requires the ability to work evening and weekend hours. The position reports to the Associate Director.
